This statue is of Our Lady of Grace Tihaljina.

Fr. Jozo Zovko had the original statue of Our Lady of Grace, featuring the pink dress, placed in the church of Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The church is located in the city of Tihaljina (approximately 35 minutes from Medjugorje) because of this the statue has become commonly known as the Tihaljina. Many pilgrims will journey to see the statue in Tihaljina when they journey to Medjugorje which has led to this statue becoming a well-known image of Our Lady in association with Medjugorje.
